Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us through the DMCA Agent provided below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against claims of copyright infringement.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with enough information for us to locate it.
4. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, email, phone, and fax.
5. A statement confirming that the use of the material is unauthorized.
6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the notification and the authority of the complaining party to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) allows for civil penalties against those who provide false information in a copyright infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick processing.

It is important to note that we may share the information received in a copyright claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree that your identity may be disclosed.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to request the restoration of the material. The notification must include:

1. Your signature.
2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
3. A statement confirming your belief that the material was taken down by mistake.
4. Your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding copyright infringement and maintain a list of DMCA notices. We make efforts to identify and terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA requirements.
